AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT MY GROUP WORKSHOPS
After a career in photography of over 45 years, and having had the pleasure of teaching photography to over 3,000 people in the North East, not counting around 2 million who generously watched my TV series, I'm finally going to reduce the number of group workshops to concentrate on other aspects of photography. By June 2020, the majority of my group workshops will be over...and I get to spend a bit more time with my lovely family!
SHOCK, HORROR...ARE YOU RETIRING?
No, not at all! I'm merely switching the focus of my work to editorial photography, 1:1 Personal Master Classes and more of the charity work I have done for many years. Some of you may know that I have developed the use of photography as a creative device in my voluntary bereavement counselling work, including supporting families bereaved through murder and manslaughter, as well as working with hospice patients, stroke victims, recovering alcohol and drug users, and children in the care system.
WHEN WILL THE GROUP WORKSHOPS END?
By 30th June 2020, most of my group workshops will be at an end although anyone wishing to do a specific workshop may still do so, but as a 1:1 Personal Master Class. Those workshops and photography experiences I find most fun - such as Whitby Goths - will probably carry on because I just love doing them!
WHAT IF I HAVE AN OUTSTANDING WORKSHOP THAT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER?
Don't worry - every single workshop WILL happen as soon as the weather conditions permit. Please contact me if you wish to discuss an outstanding workshop.
